The Woodbriar Estates Homeowners Association was started almost 40 years ago and today is recognized as one of the longest standing homeowners associations in the DFW area. Our charter remains as it always has… fostering a strong community spirit and promoting better living in Woodbriar Estates.
Unlike most homeowner associations in existence today, we are a voluntary organization which relies solely on support from our homeowners who live in our neighborhood. As a result each year we require a certain amount of funding in order to conduct neighborhood events, perform ongoing general maintenance and introduce new improvements to our neighborhood.
Our annual dues are just $50, payable at the beginning of each year. It’s a very economical investment that ultimately helps all of us retain and grow our property value.

All comments will automatically be directed to the current president of our association. Also, it will greatly help your association Board of Directors in our continuing effort to improve communications for all families in Woodbriar Estates.
